On Friday 25 September 2026, at the Maison de quartier de Villejean in Rennes, our association formally set its journey in motion.
The room was full. Different faces, different journeys, different generations, different stories. Above all, one shared wish: to listen, to understand, to talk and to act.
This launch evening was far more than an event. It was the first public step of a project born of a personal story and of a deep conviction: behind every journey into exile there is a human life that deserves to be seen, heard and respected.
Our purpose
Because behind the figures there are lives
Along the migration routes, women, men and children face violence, exploitation, destitution and sometimes irreversible tragedy.
For those who have not lived through them, these realities remain far too distant.
Our association wants to help bring those realities closer to each of us, by giving a place to testimony, to memory, to awareness and to collective action.
Our purpose was born of lived experience. Today it has become a collective project.
A beginning
A first evening, a new step
All evening, the exchanges with the audience showed how many questions, feelings and reflections these subjects can raise.
We also presented the association's first directions and the projects we wish to build in the months ahead.
Above all, the evening reminded us of one thing: we are only at the beginning of the story.
Our ambition is to create a lasting momentum, to bring together volunteers, partners, citizens, associations and everyone who wishes to help build a society more attentive to human journeys and to the realities of exile.
