Our commitments

Four founding missions

From documenting violations to standing beside survivors, every action carries the same promise: to let no voice be extinguished.

Document & denounce

Mission 01

Document & denounce

We study the migration routes — from the Sahara to the Libyan coast, from transit camps to unofficial prisons — to make visible what states and criminal networks work to erase.

Drawing on survivors' accounts, field investigations and open data, we publish reports documenting human-rights violations: torture, trafficking, slavery, enforced disappearance.

Our work feeds into international organisations, investigative journalism and the courts called upon to try these crimes.

Our findings speak to the reference work of international institutions: the publications of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on Libya and the record of disappearances along the migration routes kept by the International Organization for Migration's Missing Migrants Project.

Support for victims

Mission 02

Support for victims

Once in France or elsewhere in Europe, survivors face a second exile: that of paperwork, loneliness and silence. We walk beside them, step by step.

Legal guidance for asylum claims and for filing complaints, referral to medical practitioners trained in the after-effects of torture, psychological support, and social support for housing and integration.

Every path is singular — we refuse any standard answer and build the support with the person, never for them.

In France, asylum claims are examined by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA), whose decisions can be challenged before the National Court of Asylum (CNDA): we help the people we support find their way through these procedures.

Mission 03

Legal action

Justice is one pillar of dignity regained. We support criminal proceedings against traffickers, torturers and the networks involved in violence along the routes of exile.

Joining proceedings as a civil party, working with lawyers specialising in international criminal law, filing complaints under universal jurisdiction — we carry these fights when national courts step aside.

Our aim: to break impunity and to obtain recognition and reparation for victims.

These efforts are part of the demand for accountability made by the United Nations, as recalled by the UN report on the violations committed in Tarhuna, Libya.

Awareness & prevention

Awareness & prevention

Mission 04

Awareness & prevention

Informing in order to prevent: we speak in schools, universities, festivals and communities to share the truth of the migration routes, far from simplified narratives.

We produce teaching materials, documentary films and multilingual campaigns aimed at those considering departure in countries of transit and of origin.

To raise awareness is to refuse indifference. To prevent is to recognise that some of Europe's promises are traps, and that they must be named.
